Rates
$100 per 50-minute session. This includes the 12% HST.
Insurance
To determine if you have extended health benefits, the first thing you should do is check with your insurance carrier. Check your coverage carefully and find the answers to the following questions:
- What are my counselling benefits?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- How many therapy sessions does my plan cover?
- What therapist qualifications are required for reimbursement?
Reduced fee services may be available on a limited basis as per demonstrated financial need.
Payment
Payment is required at the beginning of each session. Cash, cheque, and all major credit cards are accepted for payment. *Payment by credit cards must be completed online via Paypal prior to each session.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session unless it is due to a medical emergency.
