Life is full of challenges and stressors, which can be very difficult to cope with at times. In these cases, it can be very helpful to explore and work through some of the issues that contribute or magnify the stress, as well as learn more effective coping strategies. Or, you might be struggling with something more overwhelming, like depression, anxiety, grief and loss, addictions, or trauma, and really needing some additional support.When doing individual counselling, I use a variety of evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, Neurofeedback, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Process Experiential Therapy, and others. I always work collaboratively with each client to ensure they receive the best care possible. This means that you can have confidence that I will tailor my approach to your individual needs.
