I hold a Masters degree in Clinical Counselling in Marriage and Family Therapy and am studying part-time towards a doctorate in Clinical Psychology. With 12 years of education and experience in marriage and family therapy, psychology, and spirituality, I am well equipped to handle a diversity of concerns and difficulties. In addtion to maintaining a private practice in Langley, I help direct a non-profit counselling centre, Cares Counselling in Abbotsford.

I enjoy counselling with individuals and couples on a wide range of issues ranging from relational concerns to depression and anxiety. I work primarily within a systems paradigm and draw from a range of theoretical perspectives including Emotion-Focused Couples Counselling, Process Experiential Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and EMDR. I am also very sensitive to my clients unique faith backgrounds and willing to incorporate spirituality into therapy as desired by you, the client.

In addition to regular counselling services, I am a certified neurofeedback practitioner and offer neurofeedback as an adjunct or alternative form of treatment for numerous conditions and difficulties as well as for peak performance. 

When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two children doing all sorts of activites from hiking and biking to "family fun" days on the weekends.
